Government-Funded Programs
Napier works with government programs to help eligible students pay for their CDL Training such as the Workforce Investment Act and Ohio’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Many students qualify for this tuition assistance which can cover most or all of their training costs.

Ohio’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Dislocated Worker Program was established in July 2014. The program was instated to help:

Napier was awarded grant money through a partnership between Hamilton County, the state of Ohio, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service. The grant helps Food Assistance program recipients to:
- avoid paying for any training or program fees.
- gain skills, job training and work experience.
- obtain employment in the trucking industry and ultimately become self-sufficient.
