Job Placement

When choosing a truck driver training program, one of the most important questions you need to ask is whether or not they are going to be able to place you after you complete training.

No CDL school can guarantee you a job, but at Napier Truck Driving School in Hamilton, Ohio, we work closely with both applicants and employers to ensure we maintain one of the highest placements rates in the Mid-West. How do we do it?

Pre-Screening

Our employment partners share with us their standards for new hires, and we make sure that every applicant meets those standards prior to starting their training. We do not encourage students with a low possibility of gaining employment to attend our programs.

Dedicated Placement Department

We take job placement as seriously as we do our training. Our placement coordinators have years of experience working with both national and regional carriers, and have recruiting representatives from some of the largest carriers in the US regularly visit our campus to speak with students.

Lifetime Job Placement Assistance

The peace of mind you get by attending Napier extends well beyond knowing you’re getting the best training available. All of our graduates in good financial standing are provided with lifetime placement assistance. That means that any graduate can ask us for placement assistance at any time during their career as a professional truck driver.
