2015 Grad Stop by Napier

Marilyn Campbell stopped by Napier after making a delivery to show off her HUGE Swift Transportation truck and to talk about being a woman in the trucking industry.  There are more and more women entering the field once dominated by men.  The demand for drivers is phenomenal, the training is short term and the pay is way above average.

If you’re a female and think you may be interested in beginning a career as a professional driver, give Napier a call today!

There are many grants available to fund your entire training cost if you are eligible.

Women in Trucking!

Monica Willis stopped by with her beautiful USXpress truck to talk to our current classes about her fantastic new career as a female in the trucking industry.  Monica was fortunate to receive a WIOA grant through Ohio Means Jobs Butler County and chose USXpress as her carrier because she was able to obtain a dedicated home every day run for Walmart that allows her to spend time with her family.  More and more women are entering the trucking field because there are plenty of excellent paying jobs with great benefits!  Thanks for stopping by Monica!  We are very proud of your accomplishments!
